The TORQ D-handles have become a go-to for me on both push and pull days. They allow for a natural range of motion while still feeling stable and controlled, which makes exercises like lateral raises and pulldowns much more comfortable. Since my grip isn’t holding me back, I can focus more on the muscles I’m training and even move more weight. They also feel incredibly well made, with durable materials and solid construction. For me, they’re absolutely worth the investment and will be a key part of my continued progress.

When I first ordered these, I knew it was gonna be an investment into my physique! There are so many movements that I incorporate these handles into. I’ve been using them for about three months and they Have held up just like I got them! A very quality product and it’s very user-friendly!

I've used them so far on lateral raises, Bayesian Curls and chest supported cable rows. They felt absolutely amazing on each one of those lifts! They definitely designed it right on the padding! I thought it was going to be uncomfortable at first, but i haven't run into any issues so far!

The Chest ROM Bloq has been a fantastic addition to my pressing sessions. It takes the guesswork out of controlling range of motion, allowing me to train heavy with consistent depth and target the pecs without placing unnecessary strain on my shoulders. It snaps securely onto the barbell, feels solid on touch-and-go reps, and doesn't shift around mid-set. If you want to refine your bench technique, overload safely, or protect your joints, this is a top-tier tool.

Optimization for all chest or back supported moves, not much I can’t come up with using the BloQ to make my modalities much improved

These handles are as-advertised. I’ve found a ton of exercises that these help focus on connecting with the muscle. Customer service was fast and excellent and the build quality is solid. You can tell corners weren’t cut when designing and constructing these.

These products are a huge game changer for any single arm pulling movement, lateral raise, or cable bicep curl. The way I've been able to increase the targeting of the stimulus in my movements since my strandles arrived is crazy, can't recommend highly enough!

Amazing product! The smoothest of feels and lets you work the muscle with much better efficiency. One doesn't know how much energy leaks there is with other handles until you use these. Looking forward to using these for years to come, and other Torq implements as well!

I absolutely love them. They’ve improved so many of my exercises. The stretch I can achieve is incredible, and the mind-muscle connection is on another level because I’m not having to focus so much on my grip—I can put all my attention into the muscle I’m trying to target.

Love the product expect the foam handle already slipped and ripped. You need to do something about the design, adherence and overall strength of the foam on the handles.
Otherwise I love this product. I am a NPC MP natinals masters athlete and Have used with IFBB pros at Stoik Gym. We all love it. Just fix the handle problem. Also can be used for more move than Erik demonstrates. My favorite accessory I've ever used!

100% recommend the D handles to anyone serious about strengthening and growing their physiques, especially backs, quickly. I almost always train raw and am not a fan of the pointless gym equipment being pushed out into the fitness world. Despite that, these have absolutely changed the way I train, and are not a waste of money. I was feeling back soreness in places I never did before. Felt bicep and pectoral stretch/contractions to an intensity that I never got to achieve. Learning how to properly utilize the tool and transferring the tension from strap to handle has been a very fun challenge for me and opens up a new door for me to get good at something at the gym again. My only issue was needing to super glue the D handles back together on day 2 since the glue holding the foam on them was not strong enough and separated them. Was a quick fix however and hasn’t reopened on me. Looking forward to my wedge 2.0 and bloq in a few weeks.

These handles are exactly as advertised. Took away all limited factors while hitting back! Definitely recommend

The velcro is falling apart after using this once. It looked like it wasn't sewed properly.

Great product. Does what it is meant to do. Easy to use.

ROM BLoQ is a bit thick but im getting used to it. I think with time it will get better. Only issue is the plastic rectangle ring. I have the urge to crank down the block so it doesnt slide as much but the plastic is a major issue. I’ll restitch a thick Stainless steal on there or just throw in a 2” nylon weave strap with double D ring locking system, i have them lying around from other equipment ive made. But i dont like having to modify gear out of the box.

The handles are very poor. I can find wide grip stainless steel handles for $17 and just add wrist straps to my rings and get a simlar system. Its what ive been doing up to this point but i thought I’d give these a try. I pulled them out of the bag and asked for an immediate return. Handles could be improved and theyd 10/10. Just cant get behind the structural design of the handles. They can be plastic but they just need to be solid thick handles now bonded pvc. Had a friend use them once and snap! So they will be returned new.
