Failed Deliveries / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is marked as:
Undeliverable
Returned to sender
Unclaimed
Refused by recipient
This is typically due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Failure to pay duties/taxes
Failure to claim the package from the carrier
In These Cases, You Have Two Options:
1. Reship the Order
We can resend your package once it is returned to our warehouse
Customer is responsible for:
Full reshipping cost
Any applicable duties/taxes on the new shipment
2. Refund the Order
A refund can be issued once the package is received back
Refund will be less the following:
Original shipping cost
Return shipping cost (if charged to us)
Any applicable processing fees
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs
If your package is significantly delayed, we will assist in filing a claim where possible
Order Tracking
All international orders include tracking
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure timely receipt of the package
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused at delivery, it will be treated as a returned package and subject to the same terms outlined above
