That said, due to the nature of our products and shipping costs, we’ve outlined clear policies below to ensure fairness for both sides.


All Sales Policy


All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below
We do not offer general “change of mind” returns
If you have questions before purchasing, please reach out, we’re happy to help you make the right decision.


Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
What to Do
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include:
Order number
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging
Clear photos of the shipping label


Resolution Options
Once verified, we will:
Send a replacement at no cost, OR
Offer a partial or full refund depending on the situation


Important Notes
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible
Damage must be verified — we cannot process claims without photos


Lost or Stolen Packages


Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer.
However, we will:
Assist in filing a claim with the carrier
Help investigate the situation


We are not responsible for:
Packages stolen after delivery
Incorrect delivery locations due to address errors


Incorrect Items


If you receive the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours

We will:
Send the correct item
Provide return instructions for the incorrect one, if needed


Returns If Approved


Returns are only accepted under specific circumstances:
Verified damage/defect
Fulfillment error, wrong item sent


Return Conditions
Item must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging, when possible


Return Shipping


If the issue is our fault → we cover return shipping
If not → return shipping is the customer’s responsibility


International Orders


Due to high shipping costs, we do not accept standard returns on international orders.

If an item is:
Damaged → we will replace it
Incorrect → we will correct it


For undeliverable or returned shipments:

Non-Returnable Situations


We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Incorrect address entered at checkout
Failure to pay customs duties/taxes
Unclaimed or refused packages
Normal wear and tear
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function


Product Use Disclaimer


Our products are designed for fitness use and may experience:
Normal compression or flex under load
Cosmetic wear over time

This is not considered a defect.
